Lelie van Saron Syrah 2020

Lelie van Saron translates to “Lily of Saron” which is a well-known Afrikaans phrase that speaks to wine maker Natasha’s hometown. The lily is a universal symbol of purity and humility and this is reflected in her winemaking philosophy.

The grapes are sourced and meticulously selected from cool climate sites in the Hemel & Aarde Valley. In the cellar, spontaneous fermentation and minimal intervention facilitate her approach to making elegant, honest wines.
