Springfield Estate The Work of Time Bordeaux Blend 2018

Attractive ruby-garnet colour. The aroma is filled with mature red and black berry fruits and a hint of tobacco from the oaking. On palate it has generous ripe plum and cassis fruit, cloaked with supple yet dry tannins, which give it structure. Only just reaching the plateau of maturity and it will be superb at ten years old as well.
